郭曉君,男,博士生導師,博士。1978年6月出生,江蘇南通人。現任中國優選法統籌法與經濟數學研究會灰色系統專業委員會理事。主要研究方向:灰色系統理論、不确定預測與決策。主持國家社會科學基金1項、教育部人文社會科學基金1項、全國統計科學研究項目1項、江蘇省社會科學基金1項、中國博士後科學基金1項、江蘇省博士後科研資助計劃項目1項、南通市科技計劃項目4項。在國内外發表學術論文30多篇,被SCI 檢索20篇、EI 檢索3篇、CSSCI 檢索4篇,出版教材1部。
